Top Tycoon Games on iOS in Central America: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, several tycoon games on the iOS platform gained traction in Central America. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five games, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Township by Playrix witnessed a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting strong at around 75K and gradually declining to about 24K by the end of March. The weekly revenue showed a similar pattern, starting at approximately $62K and ending at $55K. Weekly active users initially increased from 151K to 169K in January, followed by a decline to 133K by the end of the quarter.

Hay Day from Supercell saw a decrease in weekly downloads from about 10K to 2.5K. Despite this, the weekly revenue saw a notable rise, peaking at nearly $20K in March. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained around 30K throughout the quarter.

My Cafe — Restaurant Game by Melsoft experienced a significant spike in downloads in mid-January, reaching over 30K, before stabilizing below 1K. Revenue remained steady, peaking at $1K, while active users saw an initial surge to 34K, later stabilizing around 18K.

Rent Please! Landlord Sim by Shimmer Games Co., Ltd. had a declining trend in downloads, starting at 10K and dropping to 1.4K by the end of March. Revenue followed a similar pattern, starting at $1.1K and decreasing to $575. Active users decreased from 23K to 10K over the quarter.

Finally, Klondike Adventures: Farm Game from VIZOR APPS LTD saw a peak in downloads at 4.1K in early January, ending the quarter at 2K. Revenue experienced a slight rise to $2.3K in early February before settling around $1.8K. Active users fluctuated between 14K and 16K throughout the quarter.
